How to Make Money Online

Struggling with a small income or a student loan that
simply doesn’t stretch far enough is a regular part of most people’s
lives in the current financial climate. With so few jobs available,
many are under-earning, leading to a need to get creative with making
money. The internet is a great little tool if you know how to use it,
and can bring you the extra dollar needed to get by each month without
having to contemplate a serious career change.
Blogging

Make Money Online
Firstly, it’s a great idea to get on the blogging bandwagon.
More and more people each day are realising that gaining a great internet
reputation is a sure fire way to earn some extra cash.
Blogging doesn’t have to take up all of your time. Write about whatever
interests you and promote it well through social media. This way you
can gain a following and look into charging for things such as advertising
and guest posting. Read up on search engine optimization and learn how
to give your blog a good domain authority, then offer a guest posting
system for which you can charge people to post on your blog, including
a backlink to their site. This could provide you with anything from
an extra 50 quid a month, to hundreds of pounds. If you’re really
good at it you can potentially turn this into a full time job.
Selling

Selling stuff online is a fantastic way to supplement your income. There
are many auction sites out there that allow you to sell bits and bobs
for very little effort. Of course, you do not just have to sell things
you already own. Get creative with the idea and look out for good bargains
that you can sell on at a higher price online. Visit charity shops and
pick up bits and bobs that may just need a bit of a spruce up, get them
looking nice and sell them on as quirky vintage pieces for a higher
price than you bought them for. The internet is a great platform to
reach a wide audience and promote your products/goods for free through
things sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
Freelancing

If you have a skill that you could turn into freelancing, the
internet is the perfect way to do it. Perhaps you are a keen writer
and feel you could charge for a copywriting service. There are various
websites on the net that allow you to create a freelancing profile.
This, again, is a great way to make a bit of extra cash without using
up tonnes of your time. The great thing about freelancing is that you
can pick and choose how much time you spend on whatever it is you do.
Perhaps you will write a couple of articles a month for a bit of extra
bob, or maybe you will offer a graphic design service that you spend
a few hours a night on. It’s flexible because you are your own boss!
The internet offers a wonderful opportunity to make
extra money in your free time, and at your own leisure. Think outside
the box and use one of the most powerful tools in the world to give
you that extra financial boost!
