Due to frequent migration of people for business and work related purposes, there is a huge demand for real estate properties, as everyone needs a place to live in. It has been predicted that in the coming years this demand will soar higher than before.

Realty Sector of India

Metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bangaluru are among the cities that will be in demand and shall contribute handsomely to the rising real estate business. Education, tourism and medical institutions are responsible for the growth of realty in India. It is indeed a Gateway to new profit as many a times people just invest in property as it acts as a passive income.

If we are talking about the growth of this sector in various metropolitan cities, then let’s add one more city, which though not a metropolitan, is greatly contributing to the realty in India. The city of Ahmedabad, constituting a part of Gujarat, was founded by Sultan Ahmed Shah. In today’s times Ahmedabad doesn’t only have a wonderful history attached to it but it is also one of the major industrial and tourist hubs of India.

Rise in migration of people and tourism, the city is in great demand as far as realty is concerned. This rise has led to the coming up of New projects in Ahmedabad.

As Ahmedabad has emerged as an important industrial and financial hub in India, it is gaining a lot of popularity among new businessmen, traders, producers etc. Especially among the people who are into textile business, as Ahmedabad is the second largest producer of cotton in India. People who invest in stock markets will know that Ahmedabad’s stock exchange is the oldest that has been recorded in India.

If you think that is all the Ahmedabad has to offer you then wait and think again, because that is not all, the advent of liberalization, has given a boost to Ahmedabad’s tertiary sector including areas such as  trade and commerce, communication and construction.

This has indeed prompted people to go and settle in Ahmedabad, which in turn boosted the number and efficiency of construction, housing, real estate sectors and industries. As a result the city is flooded with New projects in Ahmedabad including, villas and new flats in Ahmedabad.

As far as the transport system is concerned then you should not worry at all, because, the city is connected through the National Highway 8, the railways connect all the cities within Gujarat and outside it, the bus system and rickshaws help commuting within the city an easy task. Moreover, Ahmedabad unlike most big cities is not all that pollutes, as most of the rickshaws run by Compressed Natural Gas. The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Airport is located at a distance of 15km from the main city of Ahmedabad.

As far as the standard of education is concerned the city has the Indian Institute of Management, the schools there have affiliations with CBSE, National Open School, ICSE and International Baccalaureate. Apart from that there are various universities and colleges including Babasaheb Ambedkar Open University.

If you are shifting singly or with your family, well you have simply no reason of not choosing Ahmedabad over any other city. Looking for a place to stay won’t be a problem. As you will find a lot of new flats in Ahmedabad. You can’t deny the fact that Ahmedabad is a beautiful city especially when even Times of India has declared it as the best city to live in!
